Features include custom cabinetry, counter seating, a Bosch refrigerator, and Fischer & Paykel stove and hood. Also, a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are provided.
Living Room
42” Sony LCD HDTV, HBO, WiFi. Sectional seating, arm chair, and beanbag. Wool shag rug = cozy underfoot.
Bedrooms
House 203 has 2 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom features a queen bed and full bath. The second bedroom features a queen sofa bed (platform) and office area. The sunroom also has a queen sofa bed.
Sunroom/Dining room
Double, 10’x10’ garage doors open up to the pool area. The Eero Saarinen inspired tulip table seats 6. Lounge area includes sofa-bed and lounge chair.
Pool and patio
House 203 boasts a heated pool with dual Jacuzzi jets. Sun loungers on the deck and lounge chairs on the patio allow you to soak up the sun...or the shade.
Front patio features outdoor seating, table, and barbeque.
